measure break

Hi, does someone know if it's possible to finish at the end of an line (before breaking) without putting a barline, I want to continue with the measure in the other row. there's an example in the picture. For example the song in the picture is in 3/4, it finishes with 1/4 and and the dot, so the the last 3/8 notes are in the new row (I have to do it so because of the lyrics)
