Shortcut for inserting a repeated measure

• Jan 16, 2020 - 04:02

I'm transcibing a piece that has a lot of identical measures in a row, and it would be really useful to be able to do something like ctrl+r and it would fill the measure with the symbol that looks kind of like a percent that means play the previous measure again (the first symbol in the "repeats and jumps" palette: https://musescore.org/en/handbook/repeats-and-jumps#repeat-symbols-and-…). I can't find this operation under preferences-->shortcuts though. Am I missing somethings? If this isn't in that list, can it be added?

Cheers!

There isn't a shortcut for that particular symbol, but if you select the range of measures then double-click the palette symbol, that does the same thing just about as fast.
