File can not read

Been working on a score recently. I was sure I saved it but now I cant find it on my computer. When I try to open it as a recent file I get this message.

Cannot read file C:/Users/matth.DESKTOP-6NEU0S9/Documents/MuseScore3/Scores/Truth Hurts.mscz:

Please Help, I don't want to have to redo this whole thing. Truth Hurts.mscz
