An obscure bug in tuplets

Septuplets and above won't tie from the last note of the tuple.
Generate a staff with two leading eighth rests. Make triplets of the two rests. Place identical notes at the last note of the first and the first note of the second. A tie between these notes works.
Do the same thing, but use quintuplets. Again a tie between a last note and first note works.
When you define septuplets on the rests, the tie won't take, and it is not possible to tie from the last note of a septuplet to a non-tuple following note either.

It works for me using 0.9.5, Windows XP. Maybe I misunderstood your instructions. Could you attach a copy of the file?

Here's a copy of the test. The last note of the septuplet in the second line won't tie to the first note of the following tuplet (at least, it won't for me).

I can reproduce the problem in 0.9.5 but it works fine it the nightly builds so I guess the problem is already fixed.
