reducing vertical frame issue

Hi all,
I have this MuS file where I keep systems that I want to copy into some documentation I'm writing.
In last page I had a vertical frame at the beginning of which I've reduced its height.
While I was doing the operation with the mouse, suddenly the whole page disappeared.
I didn't think much of it and I saved the file.
When I reopened it, the last two pages where superimposed.
I can I untangle them? I need instructions how to recover my file properly. Thanks.
Of course it looks to me like an issue.

Right-click one. select all similar, change height to some positive value
Or select the last one, it has a very negative height, -127, and change to to 0, or better something close to 0 (at 0 you'd no longer be able to select it
