Displaying original/translated lyrics

I sometimes translate lyrics from English to French, adding a 2nd line of lyrics with the French translation.

Is there any way of displaying only 1 of the lines, rather than always having both visible? i.e. when the translation is finished, I would like to print the score with only the French lyrics.

Alternatively, is there any better way of adding translated lyrics?
