Ottava not affecting playback
I'm entering an orchestral score. For three measures, the flutes play an octave higher. I have (repeatedly) tried using the ottava, and it looks fine... but it has no affect on playback. I'm at a loss. I've saved a portion, just that line. Can anyone tell me what I'm doing wrong here? Thanks.

Yes, that works. Thanks. But what did you do to make it work?
For me your original file works fine. That's with MuseScore 3.4.2, looks like you are still using 3.2.3. Maybe there was a bug fixed since then? Or maybe it fixed itself on save / load.

Thanks, Marc. I didn't know there had been an upgrade to 3.4.2.... I haven't had Musescore very long, so that surprised me. I will upgrade now. I don't know if it was a fixed bug, or just fixed itself either, but either way, thank you!
