For myself, all one has to do is place a note within Musescore 3 and then a loud static will be produced within the right speaker. Interestingly enough this also continues for other applications with sound and will not stop unless the computer is rebooted. Sound works fine for all applications until I open Musescore 3 and then the static begins. I have also uninstalled and re-installed Musescore 3 and it still happens.
