If you are talking about iOS version, swipe left on the name of the score in the list to reveal the trashcan. Not sure about Android.
Swipe a row in the score list to the left and it will bring up the delete button.

Just succeded to produce a score.mscz file using my PC and MuseScore software running on W7.
After some tuning operations, screen display of the 4 staffs score with lyrics and synthetic sound are quite correct.
But when I open that file on my Samsung Galaxy Tab2 10.1 (Android 4.1.2) using MuseScore Songbook application, the sound and lyrics are ok but I only get a 1 staff display ! (the top Soprano staff).
Is that normal ? or I missed something at one step ?
Thanks in advance for help.

Sorry, it was in fact quite obvious ! Simply using the tuning function window that opens with one click on the last far right button !
