Organ registration

As a composer who writes many works for organ, I wish there was a way to change registration in the score, without having to use workarounds like creating "invisible staves," etc. Without going into the subtleties of organ registration, It would be nice to have a few basic timbres: "flutes," "reeds," etc. The full organ sound is just too bright for many scores.
I mainly use MuseScore as an engraving tool, and I'm not overly concered about playback; but I like to be able to hear things, if only to check my work.
