If you mean you wish to add a new fretboard diagram (that's not in the palette), see:

So... from the already existing ones, add a fretboard diagram to your score, then in the Inspector, edit it to look like an Ebm chord diagram.
Save to the palette if you wish to keep for re-use in future scores.
