How to change the time signature AFTER a file is created?
Hi,
I have set my time signature at 3/4 for a waltz. However, I want to add 3 X sets of half notes into one bar and it will not let me! So I think I need to change the time signature up to allow me to do this.
Can anybody help?

A waltz is in 3/4. 3 half notes won't fit into one such measure (that'd requite 3/2 timesig), so your request doesn't seem make any sense

6 quavers AKA 8th notes indeed do fit a 3/4 sime sig.
