good suspended cymbal roll needed, really specific on the notation

Hi all,

working on a new percussion ensemble, and I need the "best" cymbal roll musescore can muster for me.

I've seen people mention using pedals and certain roll notation, but I can never get it right. Could someone take a moment and be really specific on which pedal notation I should use and how to employ it?

I need a strong 1/2 note roll that finishes the crescendo with a choke.

My future rides on this.

(not really, but it would sound really cool in here if I could pull it off).
