Realigning lyrics

When tweaking my layout, especially when moving measures to previous or following staves, the lyrics may go out of alignment. I understand the why (they were on different levels because notes may have been lower in a measure) but I don't know how to reset them other than dragging. Is there a way to select all of the lyrics in a line, and tell MSS to use a common baseline?
