contacting customer service??
I was charged $49.00 on my free trial that I created a month ago and forgot about. I contacted customer service for a refund twice and got no response. I'm kind of freaked out because I dont have enough money to pay for rent right now. Has anyone ever contacted a real human being? I wish there was a phone number that I could call.

It seems there is more than one website that have very similar names. You could be posting on the wrong website. I signed up for "Pro" but I really don't know much about it or who even gets the money. I was wanting to help Musescore at the time. How can you remove an automatic payment from Musescore? I don't want my credit card information stored on any websites. It generally leads to difficult problems that are hard to resolve.

There is no phone number and also nobody there on a weekend or after hours. And, due do Covid-19, probably not even during office hours
