Recovering backup score issue
I was about to start working on one of my large orchestral scores and the file was unable to be opened so I looked for the hidden backup score that musescore automatically creates and I'm unable to change the file type, I'm able to change the name (removing the "." making the file visible but because it's still saved as an "MSCZ," file it's unable to open. I've followed the steps in the handbook about recovering backup files and I believe I'm doing the steps correctly but maybe I'm missing something. I've attached the prompt from the original file (MSCZ) when I try to load it and the one properties of the hidden file (MSZC,).

You needed change the extension too, get rid of the trailing comma
Or give 3.5 Alpha a try, it can open those backup files

I noticed what I was missed, I forgot to enable edit file extensions. I must have glossed over that in the handbook. Thank you!

That part is actually the most important one ;-)
