Public Domain scores: 600 songs now transcribed for the OpenScore Lieder Corpus

The OpenScore project uses Public Domain (PD) PDF scores available in the International Music Score Library Project (IMSLP) / Petrucci Music Library at https://imslp.org/wiki/Main_Page - and the Lieder Corpus is just one of several sub-projects within OpenScore.

Many MuseScore users have volunteered to transcribe a few songs for the Lieder Corpus, and in just two years we have seen a loyal team of regular transcribers building up. You can now browse through the OpenScore Lieder Corpus to find PD songs by composer and song cycle. Many song cycles are already marked as complete:
