Labeling parts for percussionists
There are 4 percussionist parts. I would like to label them as such: Perc I,II,III,IV in the left margin before the instrument names. Even though the part layout is evident from the brackets, it would be better with the indication.
How to do it, please?

"Save as" mscx file. Open in notepad or wordpad. Change the Track name and Long name to "perc 1" "perc 2" etc. Save and then reopen in Musescore.

Why not doing that in Staff/Instrument Properties via the GUI?

Good point. The only difference is the name "part" or "track"
