Support for microtonality (half sharp, half flat, etc.)

I discovered this morning where all the accidentals and microtone notes are (in articulations and Key Signatures), and am really happy with the number and possibilities this allows.

However, the note tunings don't seem to change when I add an accidental. Is there a button to flip to allow more divisions of the octave, or a playback feature or something so I don't have to change each note's tuning in the Inspector panel? Or would it require a patch to allow it to work?
