Muscore3 Music Top Margin Command Does not Appear To Work

Format -> Style -> Page -> Music top margin does not change the distance, regardless of value entered.

It changes what it is intended to change - the distance from the music (the top staff of the top system on the page) to the page margin. However, it does not affect the distance between a frame and the page margin, or between the frame and the next line of music. So if you're looking at the first page of a score with a title frame, you won't see an effect.
