Unable to Print or Download Piano Part

I can't seem to print or download piano part for several scores. Can you assist me with this? The message I get is: "failed to load PDF document"

Try to export from File/Export as PDF and then print.
Download? Maybe you aren't talking about actually using the MuseScore notation program, but are trying to download PDF's form the score sharing website musescore.com? If so, best to ask for help over there on that site. If you are talking about the MuseScore notation software itself, please describe the problem in more detail - what exactly you are doing (step by step), and at which step you receive an error message.
