Extended Buzz Rolls for MDL?
I see the 'Z' tremolo, and it gives the buzz-roll sound in its fundament, yet it stops playing back very quickly instead of e.g. looping the roll.
Anyone know how to get it to play the roll for the duration of the entire note?

This is a really great question, and one I have not been able to locate an answer. If anyone has a solution could you please clue us in. If there is no way to do it and we are "stuck" with the anemic instantaneous buzz, that would be helpful to know as well.
The only solution that I have found is to stretch out the value of the note. For example if you have a buzz-roll on a half-note, extend it to two sets of 4 16th notes with the buzz tremolo on it and you'll get a similar sound. Unfortunately, it won't look right in the score but it will give you the correct playback.
