midi note input from keyboard

Hello,

Could someone please tell me what I need to do ?

I would like to enter notation on my Musescore4 by way of midi keyboard.
While trying to do this by way of following a video, I saw that there was no "IO" on my preferences list.
I am supposed to be telling the program what midi device I am using.

I have a Yamaha Portable Grand DGX-200 and a midi cable coming out of both "in " and "out " connections.

If possible please give me some solid suggestions about what I can do to get midi note input happening on my Musiscore4 program.
