Ritardando for Fine
How to add a rit. for Fine?
I have tried to use a 1st and 2nd repeat bar -slowing the tempo on the 2nd for the Finale-, but it doesn't work.

If you mean, you want the playback to be different on the DS/DC compared to the original, there is no support for that currently. You'd have to use Tools / Unroll Repeats to create a separate playback version.
