How to create a large caesura and/or fermata?
For a large-ensemble score, due to the small staff size and large paper size, I need my fermatas and caesuras to be considerably larger only on the full score. How do I do this? I cannot find caesuras and fermatas in the "musical symbols" window for text entry to use a large font size to work around this problem.

You can add these as text and set the font size however you like. Ctrl+T to create the text, then press F2 or use the icon to the left of the text toolbar to open Special Characters, then click the Musical Symbols tab, then Holds and pauses.
