Mulit-measure rests

Multiple empty measures can be converted to multi-mesure rests by pressing the key 'M'.

Normally you don't need to do anything, because multimeasure rests are created automatically when you generate parts from a score. But if you are entering only a single part and thus are never doing the part generation, indeed, "M" toggles them on and off on command.
