On the two sites has disappeared or I just imagined it? It allowed you to send an email if I remember correctly.

You mean the "Contact us" at the bottom of this page? Or the "contact" button on your (.org) profile? I still see that one on your profile by clicking on your name. And you should see one on my profile as well.
I believe you can choose to enable/disable that button in your profile settings.
I also see the "Send message" option on your .com profile, after clicking on the 3dots-button there.

I can view the one of the users who have evidently chosen the setting
Thanks for the confirmation. I had the doubt that mine was obscured or not visible in some browsers, following a question I was asked.
