Downloading issue

I cannot download my sheet musics anymore. Every time if I even try to click to a sheets music, this page pops up. This looks like it is the bottom side of the page but I cannot actually scroll it up. That’s a single page. Cannot even the see the sheets and also download them anymore, even though I paid for the website
