Prima Volta on the first bar of the repeat section

can I have Prima Volta on the first Bar of the repeat section, cus it does not seem to work? In the first image, you can see a section that works as expected: On the first go, bars 1,2 and 4 are played, while on the second repeat bars 1,3 and 4 are played.

But, in the second image, we have a similar example, where prima volta is added to the first bar, and it is played both time.. Here, on the first go bars 1,3 and 4 are played, while on the second repeat bars 1, 2, 3, and 4 are played.

Am I doing something wrong?
