Import PDF...
So I signed up with Pro thinking I can take some existing sheet music in PDF form and convert it to MuseScore. When I import the PDF, I don't get the whole score, only a partial. Not sure what I'm doing wrong.

I don't think you need a Pro subscription. Audiveris is free (https://audiveris.en.lo4d.com/windows). The conversion from File/Import PDF is done by the .com website.
