Remove racist music at Musescore.com/sheetmusic

I recently subscribed to the website and I have been enjoying some of the publicaly posted arrangements I've found on Musescore.com Unfortunately it looks as if the site needs a system of moderation.

I stumbled upon this piece today, which has been up on the website for 7 weeks now, since May 25.

Short term I am respectfully request that someone is assigned to review the sheet music and eliminate this sort of thing. Long term I am proposing two things:

1. A way to report a sheet music as hate speech, with a system of moderation to determine whether or not to remove music and/or ban users.

2. A user guided rating system that allows the community to 'upvote' (and perhaps downvote) various arrangements. Perhaps allow users to open a comment section under their piece if they are open to constructive criticism.

I cannot believe that we have to have this discussion on a music writing forum, but here we are. -_-
