Romanian website & manual translation

On request by hedgehog, I enabled the Romanian translation on musescore.org. If you wish to help translating the website and content to Romanian, leave a comment so translation access can be granted to your musescore.org account.

If anyone can help me translating a few strings:

The translation job can be started with the musescore.org teaser: http://www.musescore.org/node/1
Go to the translation tab and add the Romanian translation. Replace the English text by the translation but leave all the markup unchanged. Once finished, submit your translation and head over to http://www.musescore.org/ro to see the result.
