Unable to re install "Another installation is in progress"

I recently had to reset my pc, i first downloaded chrome, then discord, then steam, and now I moved to musescore, but whenever i get to the install part of the process, the message of

"Another installation is in progress. You must complete that installation before continuing this one"

keeps popping up, I just want to re install and get back to composing, any help?

edit: nevermind, i found out how to fix it, no problem left, for those wondering and/or with the same problem:

task manager > more details > windows installer > end task on all of them
