Musescore version 3.4.2 not able to install

Hi. I am not able to upgrade to Musescore version 3.4.2 from my version 2.3.2. Pop up says:
"The program cant start because api-ms-win-crt-runtime-{1-0-0.dll is missing from your computer.
Try installing the program to fix this problem"
