It's mainly aimed at developers. It gives a tree view of the element in the score, with their properties. It's a convenient tool to debug weird behavior and fix bugs.

Ah, understandable. I figured it was probably for something along those lines. I was just curious. I was trying to find the "Note Properties" window in 2.0, and instead I found that.
So, is there still a note properties window?
Edit: Nevermind! Found "Inspector"!
