What happened to line properties in Volta? I need to change the line names. Edit element does nothing.

I need to change the line names in the volta for the repeats. I no longer can find the line properties when I right click. Also when I right click and go to "edit element" it does nothing. I go to style, and there is no place I can find to change the name of the volta. I don't want a number 2. I want it to say "To verse", well this time I do. There are other ones, I want to say other things.
