Program loading speed
I apologize if this has been discussed before. For the next version, is loading speed being worked on if you have a soundfont loaded? Right now, if you have a soundfont loaded (Fluid not Zerberus), it takes 5 times longer to load - 10 seconds vs 50 seconds - even longer with Zerberus soundfonts. I have a DAW that loads all kinds of soundfonts and VST plugins and it loads about twice as quickly as Musescore (though not as quickly as Musescore without a soundfont).

Fluid soundfont loading, (and there only SF3, using the corresponding SF2 as a workaround) only delays when you can start playback, but not anything else, as far as I can tell.
SFZ souldfonts though indeed does delay the whole startup process, and considerably.
So far I'm not aware of any work on that to be in progress

I realized I wasn't as clear as I could have been in my OP. I meant to say the startup process needs speeding up, not the soundfont loading process, though it would be nice if that could be sped up also.
You say, as far as you are aware, startup process if not being worked on. OK. IMHO, it should be at leasst for the next version. Thanks
