I just downloaded the musescore app and I have set up my name, instrument, etc... After I finished it took me to a page seeing if I wanted to purchase pro, and there is a loading circle that will not go away. I cannot click out of the pro screen.

Are you talking about one of the mobile reader/player apps? Those are supported over on musescore.com. This site (musescore.org) is for support of the notation program.
