Writing a chord, and a melody in the same measure in treble clef

I am transcribing a song into MuseScore for my choir and have run into a pickle with a melody line and chord all in the same measure in treble clef. Please see the attached file.

I have tried to search the forum and handbook, but I am not even sure how to phrase the question correctly.

Any help would be much appreciated.
