Pauses goes down an octave from where they should be (I think)
I've just updated this drum score and I seem to have problem with it, the bass drum pauses in the some parts of the song are lowered for some reason, and I don't have a clue why.
It's not a huge problem but it looks ugly and I don't want this to be a repeating problem in the future.

It looks to me that all of the moved rests are in measures with invisible voice 3 notes (Hi-Hat pedal?). Is this true?

Yes, but should that really have an impact?
And can I somehow fix it while stil keeping the hi-hat pedal?

I wanted to make sure we are talking about the same thing before continuing the conversation. I do agree this is a problem. The only current workaround is to set the y-offset for the rest to 0.01sp.
The invisible voice 3 notes should have no effect on the rests. I can't imagine this is by intentional design I'm just not sure if there is already a bug report. Perhaps someone can confirm if they know of one, if not I'll ask you to submit a bug report.
