Copy-and-pasting
Hi
I'm trying to copy-and-paste a passage from one MuseScore file into another. I've created some blank bars in the destination file, copied the required bars in the source file onto the clipboard and tried to do a normal copy-and-paste (ctrl-C and ctrl-V). Nothing's happening (no error messages, it just doesn't do anything).
It seems that I can't have more than one copy of MuseScore open at a time.

You cannot copy from one instance of MuseScore to another. It's possible to run two copies at the same time, but that isn't relevant to this. What you can do is open both scores in the same instance then copy and paste between the two. When you do this, there will be tabs you can use to switch between the scores.
