ist es möglich innerhalb einer Partitur über 8 Takte eine zusätzliche Notenlinie für eine zweite Stimme einzufügen ?

Are do you mean a singing voice, an "instrument"? If so use "Hide empty staves" once do with adding the notes, see https://musescore.org/en/handbook/layout-and-formatting#style-score
