Copyright and Download Settings

A lot of new Musescore users have probably asked this before, but what copyright and download settings should I use on a transcription of a royalty free piece? I don't understand what all of the options mean, the Musescore Community Guidelines seem quite vague.
I am extremely afraid of accidentally infringing copyright.
Could someone explain them to me?

MuseScore does not have copyright download settings, I assume you are actually talking about the score sharing website musescore.com. So best to ask over there on that site, like in the Improving MuseScore.com group.
