Microsoft Word Type of Alignments

A Feature, like Microsoft Word's feature where if you move an image with no wrap with text, in the center it will show a red dotted line to show tell you that it's the center. Same with the middle of the page. Would be nice to have this feature in Musescore since my Title text I often have to move up or down since it doesn't move with the vertical frame and it gets misaligned and is often to the right or left of the center. The same applies with dynamic markings, and text in general (Maybe lining up with with the barline or brackets like Word does with lining up segments of the page.

Hmm, it isn't really clear what you mean. Titles are always centered by default, and they remain centered if you move them vertically. Just move it in a way that doesn't also move it horizontally. For example, use the cursor keys, or the Inspector. Or if you accidentally move it horizontally, just reset the horizontal offset to 0 in the Inspector.
