is annotation on a score possible?
Is there a way, possibly with a plug-in, to be able to make marks or text on a score. For example, to write "Don't forget!" and to circle a fingering,

You can use staff text for this. As for writing, you can't draw a freehand circle on the score. You can attach images to notes like you do staff text though. See https://musescore.org/en/handbook/images for more info.
