MIDI Out Commands

Using a Yamaha keyboard connected by USB MIDI.

Starting MIDI output, it seems that musescore sends not only Note ON, Note OFF, ... signals.
Starting Midi out (Play notes) keyboard receives some other commands. Also, style control will be affected and started.

How to setup starting MIDI sequence? Is it possible to define different sysex commands for different devices (keyboard)?
