can't manage billing settings

I have a problem, I can’t acces to my acount.
I just wanted the trial subscription but I never could change my settings in my account because I didn't have the password. i've tried to enter with the email and directly throug google and can't see the billing info on any of my accounts and tried merging them and nothing still.

I wrote you replying your email to explain it. But I haven't received an answer.
Now I receive a subscription for 1 year, and i'd like to cancel as well as a reimburstment of the purchase since the carde used with it has been deactiveted since. thank you
