Embedded score player head

Hi everyone.
I signed up for a musescore.com account with the will to use embedded scores on a music education website I maintain.
I wanted to ask if there is a possibility for musescore embeds to display the playing indicator exactly at the note or measure beat that is played at the moment and not the whole measure.
