Is the MP4 file that cannot be downloaded jammed?

Yesterday I clicked "send to YouTube" from My Page on Musescore.com to get the MP4 file.

Then click "Create Video" to download the video in the "Export Video" view, then check the message "The video is available for 7 days. After that, it will be automatically removed." I pressed "ok".

It's been over a day since then, but I haven't received a message informing me of the download link.
The mail server is operating normally.

I also tried to download another file today, with similar results.
Two MP4 files are currently jamming.

I was wondering if I should post it here as it is not a problem with Musescore's operation, but please let me know what to do.
This feature worked fine until late November.
