Creation Of Interactive Scores Version of Musescore
I have been working on creating interactive compositions in which audiences can control the music being performed in real time. For more info you can check it at josevelizmusic.com/interactive
So far I have been creating scores that include multiple lines in each part so the musicians can swap lines depending on the audience input, but I would like to have a digital version of parts that automatically hides/unhides lines depending on the audience input. I was hoping to develop or work with someone to develop some code to add to the Musescore browser player or phone app to be able to do this. The idea is to create a method to input into the app remotely so that the player see the changes in real time from their tablets. Would it be possible to do something like it? Is the code for the browser player/phone app open source? Is that available within the Musescore software repository?
Any guidance on this would be greatly appreciated!

Neither MuseScore.com nor phone apps are open source though they are both based upon the code for the desktop program in some way. Asking about how to get it included at https://musescore.com/groups/musescore-android and https://musescore.com/groups/musescore-ios are more likely to get a good answer about phone apps. If this were added to the program then MuseScore.com might be able to incorporate it easier into the website.

Thank you! I’ll try asking in those groups.
